Terms and Conditions

Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through the fightershop.ch online shop, info@fightershop.ch. When ordering items for which a minimum age of 18 applies, the customer confirms compliance with these legal regulations by placing the order.

Offer

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. Fightershop.ch assumes no liability for product information, manufacturer warranties, or availability. Fightershop.ch always strives to carefully maintain all information provided by manufacturers. All information is non-binding. The product images represent a non-binding product presentation and serve as illustrations. Deviations in shape and color may occur and do not justify the termination of the purchase contract.

Prices

All listed prices include VAT and are shown in Swiss francs. Prices are subject to change and errors. Depending on the delivery address, quantity, and item, additional shipping costs may apply. These will be listed during the ordering process.

Shipping costs

Fightershop.ch covers shipping costs for orders over CHF 59.90. Exceptions will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

Conclusion of contract

By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the customer places a binding order for all items in the shopping cart. Immediately after receiving the order, fightershop.ch will confirm receipt of the order via email. This email merely serves to confirm the customer's purchase offer and does not confirm a concluded purchase contract. The purchase contract is only concluded when fightershop.ch confirms shipment of the goods by email (order confirmation) or, at the latest, upon delivery of the goods. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have the consent of their legal representative to conclude the contract.

Delivery

Delivery is worldwide. Delivery times are non-binding. If not all ordered products are in stock, fightershop.ch reserves the right to make partial deliveries. If the goods are no longer available, fightershop.ch reserves the right to terminate the contract. If delivery of the goods fails due to the customer's fault, the shipping costs and any additional expenses, but at least CHF 50, shall be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept delivery, boxing gloves will charge 25% of the invoice amount, but at least CHF 50, for the costs incurred. Any loss of value will be charged additionally. In these cases, fightershop.ch may withdraw from the contract. A delivery delay does not entitle the customer to any compensation under any circumstances. Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer upon handover of the products to the carrier.

Right of return

The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt by arrangement.

Sealed and plastic-wrapped products can only be returned if they are unopened. Items with promotional prints, custom-made items, and hygiene items (e.g., groin guards, face masks, etc.) are excluded from the return policy.

Payment terms

Payment can be made via Twint, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments made via Twint or credit card will be debited from the customer's account.

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of fightershop.ch until full payment has been made.

Warranty

The warranty period begins on the date of sale. The buyer is obligated to report any defects to boxhandschuh.shop immediately and to follow their instructions for replacement or repair. The manufacturer's warranty applies. Defective goods, regardless of weight or size, must be sent or delivered by the buyer to a return location communicated by fightershop.ch. The costs and risks of this transport are borne by the buyer. For returns without prior agreement, the subsequent costs (e.g., reshipment of the goods from the company headquarters to the actual return location) will be charged to the buyer. In the event of a defect, fightershop.ch reserves the right to replace the item with an equivalent item, repair it, refund the purchase price, or offer a discount. For defects not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, fightershop.ch reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs of inspecting the defect and shipping costs.

Data security

The boxhandschuh.shop online shop is encrypted using SSL encryption; all data, your payments, and your customer information are securely transmitted to fightershop.ch. Fightershop.ch stores your order data and treats it with the strictest confidentiality. This data is processed and used for the establishment, execution, and processing of contracts concluded through the online shop, as well as for the purpose of future customer service and customer care. Credit card information is not stored by boxhandschuh.shop.

Place of jurisdiction / Applicable law

The contractual relationship between the customer and fightershop.ch is subject to Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980. The place of jurisdiction is 8400 Winterthur.

Final provisions

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead, the invalid provisions shall be replaced by the applicable Swiss law.
