The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt by arrangement .

Sealed and plastic-wrapped products can only be returned if they are unopened. Items with promotional prints, custom-made items, and hygiene items (e.g., groin guards, face masks, etc.) are excluded from the return policy.
